As President / CEO you will:
• Champion sound management to ensure our services remain highly responsive to the community's needs, empowering adults with disabilities through vocational services.
• Direct the operation of all MIW facilities, ensuring they function seamlessly to deliver our mission.
• Lead our talented Administrative team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Expertly administer all corporate fiscal programs, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of our staff and employees across all operational facets.
• Establish and uphold comprehensive written policies and procedures, ensuring organizational efficiency and compliance.
• Deliver monthly financial reports to the Board of Directors, providing transparent insights into our financial performance.
• Spearhead strategic planning efforts, driving innovation and positioning MIW for continued success.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of eight years of full-time paid employment, with at least four years of administrative experience
• A master’s degree in business administration may be substituted as the equivalent of one year of experience.
