Description: Although we as leaders might realize the necessity and importance of constant communication, it also needs to be practical and effective. With so many different communication and reporting methods available it can become especially demanding and challenging to keep things streamlined. In order to avoid unnecessary conflict, increase engagement and productivity, and produce higher quality work it is imperative everyone is on the same page. Participants will build upon existing skills to: 

• Prepare to dig through the ugly truth of how you really function versus how you wish you did
• Identify some simple practices to improve your communication immediately
• Discuss best practices for communication, regardless of the
