Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership, development, and innovation across all service lines.
- Ensure program efficiency, quality service delivery, and financial success.
- Achieve positive outcomes for the individuals and families we support.
Position Details:
- Part of the Executive Management Team, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Responsible for the overall management and oversight of all services at New Hope.
- Supervises Director of Vocational Services, Campus Residential Director, Community Living Director, Director of Nursing, Service Development Coordinator, Campus Administrative Assistant, Community Administrative Assistant, Campus Program Manager
